My Story
My name is Summer Teel, and I am the sole proprietor of Transformative Massage. I have a healer’s heart and I’ve always been drawn to helping others. Before I became a licensed massage therapist, I was an Equine therapist working with individuals with special needs for 30 years. I have also been a preschool teacher, a non-profit program coordinator, and a promotions director for an advertising firm just to name a few roles I have played. All these experiences brought to what I believe is my true calling of being a massage therapist.
My experience allows me to offer a wide range of modalities to my clients. During our free phone consultation, we can discuss your wellness needs and come up with a plan to reach those goals. We can schedule anything from a therapeutic Swedish session to a rehabilitative deep tissue addressing a specific condition such as an inflamed sciatic nerve, cross muscular syndrome (tech-neck), or low back pain. I am also passionate about my prenatal, senior, and recently added services for a massage experience to specifically combat anxiety.
I also provide services to individuals with limited mobility, those on the Autism Spectrum, OCD, anxiety, and many other special needs. Finding a massage therapist with this skill set is not common as utilizing massage therapy for this community is a new practice. I have seen some amazing and life improving results in my time practicing massage for my special needs clients.

I am completely mobile, so I will come to you and provide my services in the space that you feel most comfortable. I’ll bring music, aroma therapy, table linens, and a variety of materials to create an atmosphere where you can completely release the tension and stresses that are causing you pain, discomfort, anxiety etc. Then I quickly pack up and allow you to relax and continue the healing process.
