Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient form of foot and hand massage that plays a role in cultures worldwide. It is understood that there are pressure points in the hands and feet that connect to every other part of the body. I understand these pressure points and I can use them to create a healing experience for you. After the session I will share what I was able to feel through the sole of your foot or surface of your hand. I often offer this service to my clients who feel like they aren’t ready for a full body experience. This service can also be bundled with other services. A 60-minute-deep tissue with a 30-minute reflexology session is an incredibly healing experience.
